APPROACH

Greystar retained US Retail to lead leasing for the retail component of The Row at Red Hill, a newly developed mixed-use community located at the prominent intersection of Red Hill and Warner Avenues in Orange County. The project delivers nearly 40,000 SF of retail integrated into a walkable environment anchored by 1,100+ luxury apartment homes

From the outset, US Retail approached The Row as a true ground-up assignment—building the retail identity from the beginning with a strategy rooted in deep market knowledge, tenant relationships, and active tracking of emerging and expanding brands across Southern California. Leveraging our brokerage network and direct retailer relationships, we continue to execute an aggressive outreach campaign to target high-performing operators. 

Today, The Row at Red Hill is positioned as one of Orange County’s most compelling mixed-use retail environments—leveraging strong visibility, a built-in residential customer base, and a curated retail lineup designed to drive long-term performance - for tenant and landlord - and community activation.
